Carefully position the template on your head and trace around it.

- Use clippers to shave your head within the template outline, leaving a 2-3mm gap inside the lines.
- Clean and dry your scalp thoroughly to remove any oils or residue.
- If using a template, reapply it to mark the front of your hairline.
Apply Adhesive or Tape:
- For the most secure fit, Core Benefits recommends using tape over glue.
- Apply tape to the hair system, leaving a 5mm gap from the perimeter.
- If using glue, apply it as directed by the manufacturer.
Position the Hair System:
